The Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration field is part of a growing industry in technical trades. Students will become proficient in the needed skills to become an independent operator/technician in the HVAC field.

Through numerous certifications and training, students will display knowledge, skills, and abilities of industry standards. Students will receive training in: HVAC Safety & OSHA Certification, tool and instrument usage, basic HVAC theory, schematics and diagrams, motors and controls, installation and troubleshooting, air conditioning and heating, residential and commercial systems, EPA Certification, and customer relations.
Students that complete the program will have employment opportunities as a service technician, equipment installer, stationary plant operator, and others.
Fast Track Your Career
HVAC Maintenance and Technology is a 700 clock hour certification program that runs from January to November.
